Eat & Drink in Córdoba

Eating is one of the best reasons to spend time in Córdoba. The city has a strong tapas culture and a handful of dishes you will rarely find in the same form elsewhere.

Dishes to look out for

Salmorejo is a thick, cold tomato and bread soup, usually topped with egg and ham. Flamenquín is a rolled, breaded and fried pork and ham dish. Both appear on menus across the city.

Wines from the nearby Montilla-Moriles area are a natural match for local food.

How this guide works

Restaurant recommendations are added as they are checked and, where possible, visited in person. Pages that do not have that yet are kept private rather than filled with guesses.
