We ate here four or five times, maybe more: great meat, super friendly staff, right by the Mezquita.

Favorite dish

The fried aubergine that made us fans of this restaurant.

Two cappuccinos and toast with tomato and diced ham at Pastelería Roldán, with the receipt

Favorite breakfast

Pan con tomate and a tostada con jamón y queso, almost every week.

Whitewashed street in San Basilio with flowers on the balconies

Where I lived

A very small neighborhood, a patio of our own and flowers on every wall.

Covered blue padel courts at Khalifa Padel

Favorite padel club

Private lessons, friendly trainers and a ten-minute bike ride from home.

The Puente Nuevo spanning the Tajo gorge in Ronda, with a waterfall below

A road trip we recommend

One long day, one spectacular bridge and a very good lunch.
