Staying close to the Mezquita means you can walk to the main sights in minutes. This page lists the hotels nearest to the monument, ranked by the distance Booking.com gives, with guest scores.
How we compiled this
We have not stayed in these hotels: during our months in Córdoba we lived in an apartment in San Basilio. Everything below comes from public information and guest ratings, and the scores are guests’ opinions on Booking.com, read on 1 October 2026. We show no prices, because they change daily: check current prices and availability on the hotel’s own website or the platform you prefer.

Why stay close?
You can walk to the Mezquita early in the morning, before the crowds, which is when it is best: see our free entry page for the morning free visit. The Jewish Quarter, the Alcázar and the Roman Bridge are all within a few minutes.
Trade-offs
The old town is busy and noisy at times, and vehicle access is restricted, so arriving by car with luggage is harder. See staying in the Judería and our parking guide. If you arrive by train, the old town is about a 25-minute walk or a short taxi ride from the station.

Eating nearby is easy: see restaurants near the Mezquita, including our favourite, El Rincón de Carmen.
