Regadera

The first restaurant we noticed in Córdoba and now a Michelin Bib Gourmand: original flavour combinations, prices a little above Spanish standards.

Regadera was the first restaurant we noticed when we arrived in Córdoba, simply because of its very good reviews. It sits on the avenue that follows a bend of the Guadalquivir between the Roman and Miraflores bridges, which makes it a natural stop on an evening in La Ribera.

Our verdict

Our rating: ★★★½☆ (3.5 out of 5)

When we booked, they even put our name on the reservation in a fun way, which made the evening feel personal from the start. The cooking is creative: unique combinations of flavours and ingredients, and still very tasty, even when the pairings sound unusual on the menu. The price is a little above Spanish standards, so we think of it as a treat rather than an everyday tapas night.

The critics agree that it is good: the Michelin Guide España 2026 lists it as a new Bib Gourmand, for good-quality, good-value cooking, with modern, market-influenced dishes under chef Adrián Caballero, from traditional mazamorra and salmorejo to a wild sea bass ceviche (Michelin Guide, checked on 3 October 2026).

What to order

  • Something you would not normally order: this is the place for unusual combinations
  • Salmorejo, if you want to compare it with the classic: see our salmorejo guide

Good to know

  • Expect to pay a little more than at a typical Córdoba tavern
  • Book a table: it is popular

Address: Ronda de Isasa 10, 14003 Córdoba.
