Restaurant
El Bar de Paco Morales is the casual sibling of Noor, the Córdoba restaurant of chef Paco Morales. According to the Michelin Guide, Noor holds three Michelin stars and cooks creative dishes rooted in Andalusian culinary heritage (Michelin Guide, checked on 3 October 2026). The bar takes that same kitchen and turns it into something you can walk into for tapas and a glass of wine, at a far lower price than the restaurant.
We went for the desserts, and the photo says it all: a table with desserts and a glass of wine. If you want a taste of a Michelin-starred kitchen without a long tasting menu, this is a very different, much more relaxed way to do it. We did not rate it, because we only had dessert here, and we would like to go back for the savoury dishes.
A July 2024 article in Trendencias (which gave an earlier address, Ronda de los Tejares 16) describes the bar as a relaxed concept created so that more people can enjoy the chef’s cooking, with a price of about 20 to 30 euros per person (price on 9 July 2024, per the article), a signature salmorejo and desserts such as rice pudding with hazelnut and carob ice cream. That is the article’s description, and we cannot say whether those were the desserts we had.
Address: Calle Pablo Ruiz Picasso 6 (local), 14014 Córdoba.
